From a shy girl hiding under tables to scaling icy ridges above 6,000 meters, Simone’s journey has always been about transforming fear into strength. Years of living in Nepal, Bangkok, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan turned her path from outer expeditions to inner ones.

Building on her MBA, she created the Human Technology Platform and developed the QuantHum Code—a breakthrough rooted in advanced Human Technology and the Inner Genius Consciousness. From this grew the High Impact Leadership License—uniting the precision of business logic with the courage of extreme adventure and the wisdom of the East.

Today, Simone is an award-winning speaker, coach, and supervisor who empowers leaders find their rope, their summit, and their strength—so they can live with health, wealth, and happiness, creating not just success but a fulfilling lifestyle.

Anastasia is a passionate creator of paths and possibilities. For more than ten years, she shaped management in the gastronomy industry, developing leadership strength, organizational talent, and a fine sensitivity for people. Her creative energy led her into the world of fashion and design, where for the past two years she has been successfully working as a store manager for a major fashion company — combining aesthetics, quality, and team spirit in an inspiring way.

With Human Technology and the QuantHumCode (QHC), she has found her true calling. As a certified QHC Practitioner and Head of QHC Training, she unites experience, innovation, and heartfelt dedication. Currently, she is expanding her knowledge through training as a Human Energetics Practitioner, creating an even deeper connection between leadership, creativity, and human development.

From a childhood full of challenges to leaving home at the age of 15 for his vision quest, Reiner learned early on to take responsibility for his own path. This independence shaped his resilience and curiosity, driving him to explore the world and embrace change as a constant companion. His journey took him from military service to adventurous living and travels across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the USA – and equally into profound inner journeys of personal growth and self-development.

After professional stations in gastronomy, telecommunications, real estate, and IT, he consistently advanced his education – from a degree in business administration to business informatics, complemented by certified training as a coach and trainer. Today, he combines analytical clarity with creative energy and exceptional empathy.
